Pack Securely

Place the jewelry back in its original luxury packaging. Include any accessories that came with your order and your proof of purchase. The NFC chip is permanently embedded inside the piece — no separate components needed.

Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

12-Month Warranty

Every Memoruh piece comes with a full 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and NFC chip functionality. If your piece stops working as intended within this period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water exposure, physical impact, or normal wear and tear. For warranty claims, please contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the issue.
